Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. 50% refund between 7 days and 48 hours prior to arrival. Non-refundable within 48 hours of scheduled check-in.
When you submit a booking request on our platform, your selected dates are held temporarily under review for up to 24 hours. During this window, our team verifies calendar alignment and contacts you directly. If not confirmed within this window, the tentative hold is released automatically to ensure fair availability for other travelers.

Subject to property availability, guests may reschedule their booking dates free of charge if requested at least 5 days prior to original check-in. Peak season dates (Christmas, New Year, Long Weekends) may carry specific holiday policies stated on the property page.
Individual villas or holiday homes may have tailored guidelines (e.g. strict policies for large group villas). Where a property detail page states a custom cancellation policy, that specific policy supersedes the standard framework.
