1. Agreement to Terms

By browsing, submitting a booking request, or communicating with Homestay in Pondicherry (homestayinpondicherry.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking Requests & Confirmation

Submitting a booking request does not constitute an instant commercial contract. All requests are subject to property availability review, host verification, and explicit confirmation by the administrator. Once confirmed, guests must adhere to payment and check-in schedules agreed upon with the host.

3. Check-in Requirements & Identity Verification

In accordance with Indian government regulations and local Puducherry Police directives:

• All adult guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) upon arrival. PAN cards are not accepted as address proof.
• Foreign nationals must provide a valid passport, visa, and complete Form C registration as required by law.

4. Property Care & House Rules

Guests agree to treat accommodations, furniture, and surroundings with care. Any damage caused to property, swimming pool equipment, or linens due to negligence may be billed to the primary guest. Loud music, excessive noise after 10:00 PM, and unauthorized commercial parties are strictly prohibited in residential neighborhoods.

5. Limitation of Liability

The platform is not liable for loss or damage to personal valuables, unexpected regional power/utility outages beyond reasonable control, or natural weather disruptions.
